Custom Double Door Concealed Hinge Produced for Unicell
 When Unicell needed a custom solution fast, they came to Normont.
The ‘Double Door Utility’ hinge was produced to meet exact customer specifications. Featuring a stopper system that prevents the vehicle body from being hit or rubbed, the hinge was designed to be concealed on a utility body style application.
Working closely with the customer, Normont was able to optimize the solution, reduce the amount of material used in the design and cut costs. By manufacturing locally in Granby, Quebec, Normont was able to turnaround the production of the hinge rapidly. Unicell received an optimized, less expensive custom hinge in an extremely short timeframe.
